  I found the service to be excellent, the workmen arrived on time and carried out the work with a minimum of disruption. There was no mess and they did some extra work but did not charge. The stove is fantastic, and I would have no problem in recommending this company.

  We have just had a free standing wood burning stove installed by Hot Box and could not be more pleased. From the moment we contacted Hot Box and spoke to Oliver he has gone out of his way to be helpful and accomodating - we were not sure what stove to go for and Oliver gave us an excellent recommendation and installation was then arranged quickly to fit around our needs. We have not had a typical installation as the stove has been installed into a temporary cabin that we are living in but this was no problem and Oliver took plenty of photos on the site visit and the installation was done efficiently and without a hitch. Hot Box have been an excellent company to deal with and we will have no hesitation about using them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone else looking for a stove.
